God is a loving Father who has given us many promises

In order to receive the promises of God has for us there are a few things we should remember:

  1. We must seek God and His promises.
    1. Jeremiah 29:13
When you come looking for me, you'll find me. Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else.
  2. We must trust what God said is true.
    1. Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him for he comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
  3. We must have patience.
    1. Hebrews 10:36
Patient endurance is what you need now, so you will continue to do God's will. Then you will receive all that He has promised.
  4. We must turn our back to the temptations of the world.
    1. 2 Peter 1:3,4
Everything that goes into a life of pleasing God has been miraculously given to us by getting to know, personally and intimately, the One who invited us to God. The best invitation we ever received! We were also given absolutely terrific promises to pass on to you - your tickets to participation in the life of God after you turned your back on a world corrupted by lust.
