Eternal Life Print

Part of our design is that we are all going to live forever. We will either spend an eternity with God in Heaven, or suffer an eternity in Hell. The choice is left up to us to decide. Romans 6:23 says, “...the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life...” The cool thing is that you don't have to wait until your body dies to live eternally.

Eternal life is a quality of life, a quality that exudes fulfillment. We begin to live in this eternal quality of life as soon as we acknowledge that we have sin in our lives and accept Jesus' sacrifice to restore us to God. We are then on the road to fulfilling our purpose when we also submit to Him as the Lord over our life.

Are you ready to make the most important decision you have ever faced?

The Choice is Yours

In Deuteronomy 30:19 God says He set before us life and death, blessing and cursing. He asks us to choose life, but He doesn't force us to do so. We are free to choose death if we so desire.

Are you ready to choose life today? If you are, then please take the time to read this prayer aloud. Think about the words deeply, and let them come from your heart:

Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sin in my life that causes me to live a life that misses the mark. I want to set my life right. I thank You for bearing my sin when You died on the cross that day. I accept by faith the new life You gave me when You rose from the dead. Please come into my life and lead me, that I may fulfill my true purpose. I turn away from my old life and I ask you to lead me by Your Holy Spirit. Amen.

Congratulations! You are now part of the family of God! What next?
