Peter Lee
Canadian Director of a wholesale coffee and tea company.
Peter Lee is the Canadian Director of a wholesale coffee and tea company. Their brands include Caffe Umbria Coffee Roasters and Rishi Tea. For the past 20 years, they have focused on serving the top tier hospitality sector across the country with artisanal coffee and organic tea. Their customers include the top tier Hotel and Restaurant groups across the country and hundreds of fine food outlets in small and large markets. He works with many award winning Chefs across the country in delivering “un espresso perfetto” at their restaurants.
Peter a certified Assagiatore for Espresso and a Sensory Analysis Judge. He has an BA from the Univ. of Washington, an MA from Regent College in Spiritual Theology and continues Business Management courses at Cornell Univ. He and his wife have four children who all drink coffee or tea for breakfast, and espresso on those days that are a little harder to wake up. He is an avid tennis player and has a passion for studying the Bible.
