Our Vision

Coastal Church HELPS Make the City a Better Place

Honour God, our families, the church and our neighbour.

Embrace our city with the Gospel through small groups and weekend services at multiple sites.

Listen to God and others before acting.

Pray for one another, our church, our leaders and our city.

Serve in our homes, our church and our city.

Why We Reach Our City

John 8:31, 32 says: Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

God Loves People

The Lord … is patient, not wanting anyone to perish, but wants everyone to come to repentance.

– 2 Peter 3:9

God Commands us to Reach Out

Go out into the country … and urge anyone you find to come in, so that My House will be full.

– Luke 14:23

Growth is God's Will

Under Christ’s control, the whole Body is nourished … and grows as God wants it to grow.

– Colossians 2:19

God’s Promise For You

The God of the universe has made you some big promises. He made them first in the Old Testament:

Exodus 6:6-7 (NIV)
“Therefore, say to the Israelites: ‘I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment. I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians.”

These promises remain at the core of His heart and have never changed. They are the key to your fulfillment and his plans for you.

“I will bring you out.” Our response is to follow God.

“I will free you from being slaves.” Our response is to connect with others and be renewed and walk in freedom.

“I will redeem you.” Our response is to discover our purpose.

“I will take you as my own people.” Our response is to make a difference by serving others.
