Vancouver Harbour Light Detox
Harbour Light’s Detox provides medically supported acute withdrawal management for adults (19 or older) of any gender who primarily use drugs.
Call Access Central at 1-866-658-1221 for a telephone assessment and to book a detox intake appointment. Please note: Individuals who mostly use alcohol, have a history of seizures, or who are currently pregnant must call Access Central, to be assessed for a referral to the most suitable detox centre.

VictimLink
VictimLinkBC is a toll-free, confidential, multilingual service available across B.C. and the Yukon 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed by calling, texting or sending an email (see below). It provides information and referral services to all victims of crime and immediate crisis support to victims of family and sexual violence, including victims of human trafficking exploited for labour or sexual services.

Crisis Pregnancy Services
Crisis Pregnancy Centres dedicated to serving and supporting women struggling with an unplanned pregnancy. They also provide help for women and men experiencing post abortion grief.
They are an outreach of the Christian Advocacy Society of Greater Vancouver (CAS) a non-profit agency providing support to women experiencing unplanned pregnancies, post abortion grief, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

Poison Crisis Line
The Alcohol & Drug Information and Referral Service
Alcohol & Drug Information Referral Service (ADIRS) provides free, confidential information and referral services to British Columbians in need of support with any kind of substance use issue (alcohol or other drugs). Referral to community substance use treatment services is available for all ages. Information available from ADIRS includes prevention resources, support groups, and addiction related topics such as fetal alcohol syndrome.
