What is the SERVE Team?
We believe that God has an incredible purpose for your life, and the Coastal SERVE team is designed to help you discover that purpose.
The SERVE Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Greeting Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Family Life Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Weekend Services Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Life Group or partnering with the local outreach initiatives — we are a group that’s focused on making the city a better place.
The Connect Course
At Connect, you will spend three classes diving into what it looks like to follow Jesus, connect to the church, discover your purpose and then make a difference with your life. It is also a place to make new friends, learn more about our church, and take steps to becoming a volunteer.

Follow
This class will help guide you become better acquainted with the story, vision, and values of Coastal Church. It will also give you the essential steps that a believer needs to take to become a fully-devoted follower of Christ, including the opportunity to be water baptized.

Connect
This class will explore the essential habits and beliefs that produce a more meaningful relationship with Christ. Come to connect with others in a small group and have the opportunity to become a member of Coastal Church.

Discover
This class will help you discover and understand how your God-given design (personal and spiritual makeup) reveals a path to your purpose. We believe God created every person with a specific plan for their life, and you will discover more of what makes you uniquely you!

Discover
This class will help you find out more about the community, growth, and fulfillment that comes from being on the ministry team (SERVE team) at Coastal Church. Based on your personality, and spiritual gifts, we’ll help to find a place for you to grow and serve.
